1. You agree to pay all fees or charges resulting from your use of any service or product before leaving the store. In the event of a power failure you must pay for all products and services before you leave the premises. The speed of the Internet is affected by many factors such as telecommunication carrier's capacity, traffic volume of the websites you are viewing there fore Ecafe is not liable for Internet connection downtime or failure to access websites.
2. All Ecafe member's must abide by the Ecafe terms and condition of membership to qualify for the Ecafe discounted rate. Offenders who do not comply will have their membership accounts deleted and no refunds will be given as offenders will have been deemed to have been misleading Ecafe to qualify for the discounted rate. Ecafe looks upon this behaviour as theft. A working local cell phone number and email address must be maintained by Ecafe members
3. We are not responsible in any way for any data lost or data damage that you may incur.
4. You agree to automatic scanning of your own files, and storage devices for virus checking. Please be aware: Our virus scanners may not be able to detect the latest viruses or repair or remove all viruses and their variants. We remind you that we are not responsible in any way for any data lost or data damage that you may incur for any reason.
5. The use floppy disks or memory sticks in our PCs at your own risk. Ecafe is not responsible for any data lost or damage that you may incur.
6. Please do not share the use of your hired PC. One person one PC, or you will be charged double!
7. Children under aged 13 should use our services unless they have a wards supervision and or parents permission. No school aged children allowed to enter Ecafe during the school hours.
8. Only Food and Drinks purchased in Ecafe may be consumed in Ecafe.
9. No Smoking.
10. No Credit (don't ask for credit as refusal often offends)
11. No Alcohol consumption inside Ecafe.
12. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
13. Warning! Our Internet Cafe is a public place, there for browsing of any illegal and pornographic materials is strictly PROHIBITED and against the Law. You may be arrested by undercover agents acting on instruction of the local authorities. Ecafe takes no responsibility for any individual's actions is accepted.
14. You agree that Ecafe is NOT liable for any electric power related events to you or your property, such as but not limited to surges, failures, fluctuations, and other electric supply power supply faults.
15. Due to copyright concerns of COPYRIGHT SOFTWARE, we warn you not to install any copyright-protected software onto our PCs. You will be held liable for breaches of the copyright laws.
16. All competitions and giveaways are at the discretion of the management. Management decisions are final, and we do not accepted any arguments, negotiations or separate agreements made by an individual Ecafe staff member.
17. You agree to respect other customers rights to quiet enjoyment of our services. Offenders disturbing the peace in Ecafe will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
18. You acknowledge that Ecafe reserved the right to remove you from Ecafe's premises and to ban you from any and all future visits from Ecafe if your behaviour is distressing to other customers or to Ecafe staff.
19. Ecafe reserve its rights to change and update these terms and conditions as it deems necessary without notice.
